My Silje Mittens are worked from the wrist towards the fingertips using the Magic Loop technique or double-pointed needles. They are simple, comfortable mittens with textured pattern on the back of the hand and stockinette stitch on the palm.
Sizes: S (M) L Length mitten: 24 (25) 26 cm Width mitten: 9,5 (10) 10,5 cm Needle size: Circular or DPNs size 3 mm (UK 11 / US 3) Gauge: 34 sts per 10 cm in cable pattern and 26 sts per 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 3 mm needles Yarn and quantity: 32 (35) 38 g Sandnes Garn Sunday or other fingering yarn knitted together with 19 (21) 23 g Sandnes Alpakka Følgetråd or other lace yarn
