Knitting patterns
When you buy a knitting pattern from Havrebarna AS, you will shortly receive an order confirmation by email. It contains a link to a PDF file with the recipe. We recommend that you download and save the PDF file on your own device or computer. The recipes are intended for private use only, and must not be shared, copied or resold. Systematic sales of products made according to Havrebarna's recipes must also not take place.

Right of withdrawal on knitting patterns
It is you as the customer who is responsible for putting the correct product in the shopping basket when a purchase is made. When you purchase digital patterns (PDF files), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply. Since you receive access to the product immediately after purchase, you agree that delivery begins before the withdrawal period has expired. By starting the download or opening the file, you confirm that the delivery has begun and that the right of withdrawal is waived. The purchase is therefore binding.

Conflict resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
