Louise skirt junior is knitted from the bottom up and in the round. You start by making a picot edge at the bottom, before the rest of the skirt is knitted in a textured pattern according to the charts. At the top of the skirt a drawstring is knitted and an elastic band is threaded into it to ensure the skirt fits well.
