The Falk hat is knitted from the bottom up. First, a rib is knitted, which is folded double and knitted together, before the middle part of the hat is knitted according to the chart. In the smallest sizes, you can choose to make an i-cord and earflaps by picking up stitches from the rib. You can also add a pompom to the top of the hat, if you like.
