Your Oscar hat is knitted from the bottom up on a small circular needle. The hat is knitted in twisted rib and folded up at the bottom. A horizontal stripe in a contrasting color is knitted at the start and in the fold of the hat. The fold is knitted in double knitting, so that the folded edge remains.
