The Ailo vest is knitted from the top down. The back, shoulders and front are knitted back and forth on circular needles, before they are knitted together. The body is knitted in the round on circular needles. Finally, rib edges are knitted in the sleeve openings and neck, and casted off with an Italian bind off.
